DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
Nutritional advice is offered for free with 1 to 1 membership options. Which is reviewed at your weekly session. We do offer a nutrition advice only service which is a paid service click the icon on the booking page for more information
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) qualified personal trainer and are Active IQ accredited and CIMSPA endorsed. NASM is one of the most respected providers of trainer qualifications in the industry. We also regularly compete in sporting events ourselves and in 2019 we represented the UK at the obstacle course racing world championships so we know first hand that our training programmes not only work but give you optimum performance following proven methods.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We have a variety of equipment ideal for use in the home. Including free weights, resistance bands, swiss ball, sit up benches, muscle boards, slam balls, agility ladders, cone drills, weight plates and more. Everything you need for a full body workout. If you have your own equipment we can use that too.
CAN I TRAIN WITH A FRIEND(S) ?
Yes we offer specialised group personal training as part of our serices with our mobile service at a discounted rate. Please ensure you have adequate space available indoors or outdoors (weather permitting) Feel free to contact us prior to booking to discuss. Maximum group size is 3 people. Please contact us to discuss larger group sizes and rates.
I PAID AND BOOKED IN ADVANCE CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ?
All bookings and purchases are prepaid only. This ensures mutual commitment and acts as proof of payment from you and receipt by us.
Pay as you go ,1 to 1 and group sessions are non refundable but can be rescheduled with a minimum 2 hours notice prior to your appointment time. This helps ensure you stay as committed to us and your programmes as we are to getting you to your goal. All packaged deals are non refundable appointmemts can be rescheduled. WHAT IS OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE PROGRAMMING?
Optimum Performance or the OPT model for short is an advanced training model designed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) . It is suitable for complete beginners and conditioned athletes, It follows a structured periodic progressive plan that starts with stabilization, progresses to muscular endurance and strength endurance. Depending on your specific goal hypertrophy and maxial strength are incorporated before entering the final phase power. The OPT model is scientifically proven to enhance your overall total performance, it can help you lose weight and/or build muscle depending on your overall goal it can be fully customizable to meet your needs. It incorporates multiple training systems using resistance, cardiovascular and other equipment and provides a total body workout.
All personal trainers should hold a level 3 diploma in personal training and it should be from a recognised and accredited source such as NASM. Not all PTs hold a NASM optimum performance certificate. OPT programming comes as standard at no extra cost in all our services. Choose your trainer wisely and book now.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE OR BOOK?
For all sessions your first appintment will be a consultation to discuss your goals and is booked upon purchase.if you have not already had one. Alternatively you can book a free consultation first to discuss your goals and best way forward. Once you have booked and paid for your chosen package PT sessions can be booked directly via the exisitng members only link on our bookings page at times and dates to suit subject to availabilty. Please provide a valid phone number and email address and as much information as possible about you and your goal during the booking phase. Once we have completed the initial consultation together either online via the telephone or face to face your programme will be prepared, and ready for your first session with me. WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND WHATS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
We work out of either my home studio in Corby Northamptonahire for one to one seasions or on a mobile basis coming to your home or location to conduct PT sessions and operate 6 days a week subjedt to appontment availability. You can purchase or book prepaid package appointments via this website. To see me for 1 to 1 , group and package services a membership is required. We offer a mobile PT service in any NN postcode and surrounding area we come to your home or business location and provide equipment. Please contact us to discuss rates outside the NN postcode area. On our bookings page click the pictures for more information on the services listed and click book now to see a calendar of available appointment slots. Bookings can be made upto 14 days in advance on a first come first served basis and all sessions are to be paid in advance. Thank you.
